Dr Vassia Strantzali graduated from the Dental School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 2005, 2nd in her class.
After receiving her dental degree, she worked at the Periodontology-Implantology Department of 251 Air Force General Hospital in Athens, Greece as a clinical associate.
In 2006, she was accepted in the Advanced Educational Program in Periodontology at the School of Dentistry of the University of Minnesota, USA where she completed her periodontal residency in 2009 and received her Certificate in Periodontology-Implantology on an outstanding level.
In 2010, she received the degree of Master of Science after defending her master thesis titled “Nerve Fiber Patterns in Periodontitis”.
She is a member of the Greek Dental Association, the Cyprus Dental Society as well as the American Academy of Periodontology and Dental Implants and the Hellenic and Cypriot Society of Periodontology.
Dr Strantzali’s clinical focus is diagnosis and treatment of the entire spectrum of periodontal conditions through basic therapy and regenerative procedures. She is very interested in gingival plastic surgery as well as dental implants in simple and also in more complex cases.
Dr Vassia Strantzali is very experienced in managing patients with various systemic involvement.
Dr Strantzali is BLS and ACLS certified by the American Heart Association.
