We at Adamantio Dental Centre are aware that business profitability depends on natural capital and resource regeneration, which is presently consumed at a rate far exceeding the natural replenishment.
We are therefore, committed towards the management of energy and environmental resources in maintaining a balance between the business’ needs to improve our competitiveness, while preserving natural resources and ecosystems for future needs.
For this, we are committed to ensure the following:
✓ The use of energy resources, in the process of providing our dental services, does not contribute to climate change
✓ In order to combat desertification and preserve the scarce water resources to the island, we take every measure to preserve water.
✓ Our waste production does not deplete natural resources and does not destroy ecosystem. Also, as we produce dental/medical waste we foresee that this is managed according to legal requirements
✓ WE make every effort to avoid pollution of the environment through the use of more environmentally friendly products
✓ Improvement of the environmental performance of the origination, especially in matters of Environmental Pollution Prevention and Emergency Risk Management.
Adhering to the above principles, we are committed in setting up objectives with targets that are reviewed in an attempt to continually improve our good environmental and social performance while becoming environmentally competitive in the Dental services sector.
Finally, we take the necessary steps to prevent environmental degradation, ensuring that all of our services are in compliance with the relevant legal requirements and those laid down in standards, adopted by the Adamantio Dental Center.
