The ADAMANTIO DENTAL CENTER in accordance and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), aiming at the protection of the personal data for an uninterrupted and exemplary service of its clients and patients, decided to design and adopt a Personal Data Management System in accordance with their requirement of the Regulation.
ADAMANTIO’s Personal Data Management System covers the Design, the Development, Installation and its Support according to GDPR. It was designed in accordance with the Center’s needs and aspirations and according with the Legal and Regulatory Requirements of the current Cypriot and European Legislation.
According with the Center’s Personal Data Management System, its key objectives are:
• The creation of a basis for the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the processes, having as a purpose the continuous satisfaction of the needs and expectations of its customers and patients to the maximum possible extent
• Minimizing the number of incidents that may affect the continuity of the possesses and minimizing their impact as much as possible
ADAMANTIO’s Management believes that the information that is kept and handled in any way, through its electronic etc, systems, are data of great importance for its operation and it is committed in handling such information in a way that protects their security, confidentiality, integrity and availability, while at the same time it has to comply with the laws and regulations to which it is subject.
The Center’s System is regularly reviewed by its Management Department and/ or the Data Protection Officer to adapt to the new market need, developments, legislative requirements and to the achievement of the goal for a continuous improvement of the Center’s operations.
The Center’s Management is committed to the availability of the infrastructure and equipment, which are considered necessary for the implementation and the availability of its services. Every employee is obliged to respond, assimilate and implement the processes required by the Center’s Personal Data Managements System, through its day-to-day activities. For this reason, all the employees, according to their responsibilities, are informed about the System and the act according to the specified security and confidentiality rules.
The Privacy Policy is notified, comprehensible and applied from all the Center’s human resources, with the goal of the continuous and stable business development, with a firm commitment ot its principles and the continuous offer to its customers/patients through the high service quality provides. The Policy is reviewed at regular intervals in order to be continuously harmonized with the most recent conditions, technological developments and the current legislation.
Processes, flows actions that do not guarantee the fulfilment of the set goals are immediately interrupted by the persons in charge, cause analysis are carried out and the necessary improvement measures are defined.
