The center’s quality policy is the practice of Dentistry based on the principles and ethics of the Dental Code of Conduct and Dental Law that applies in Cyprus, as well as all the EY guidelines.
In designing the center’s Quality Management System, the needs of all involved and interested parties are included and the epicenter of the System’s design are the needs of Adamantio Centre’s patients.
The aim of the current policy, having taken into account the greater needs of society, the principles of health and safety of employees and patients, as well as any other involved and interested third parties, is the assurance of offering security and services of the highest quality towards any patient of Adamantio Dental Centre, and a deeply rooted foundation in the identification, assessment and management of possible hazards.
In the forefront of our duties, is the capacity of the patient to receive dental treatment of the highest quality, in the shortest time achievable and the possible financial cost.
Due to the reason, we continuously make certain that:
• Our professional and dental staff are regularly educated in the various sectors of dentistry, and therefore, through this continuously sustainable development, are prepared accordingly to face the challenges of their daily duties.
• Most dental issues can be treated within the center.
• A close partnership is fostered between general dentists and dental specialists, to achieve the best possible results of treatment towards our patient’s benefit.
• The assisting personnel is trained to follow all the regulations and procedures.
• We acquire modern equipment, which is regularly checked by approved auditors, not only for our own safety, but also for the safety of our patients, and in addition we have a duty to renew our equipment whenever deemed necessary.
• We ensure qualifications from independent, internationally acclaimed organizations, that the center’s methods and procedures are compatible with the current best practice in patient management
• Objective goals are outlined for the continuous improvement in performance of the center’s environmental impact, aiming towards greater environmental protection.
• We are providing services to society as a whole, but more importantly our unconditional aid is achieving the social targets and humanitarian concerns the govern the Centre.
